My Dad is the best. He always says, “I’ll do anything for my family”.
Whenever he comes home from work, I will run up to him and give him a big hug or a sloppy kiss. He will kiss me back and tell me about his day.
Once, my dad went to my school during his break just so he could send me something that I really needed.
In my family, my dad is the rescuer, repairman and the family’s joker. He fixes the home computer, repairs the leaking tap, paint the house and change the light bulbs. I believe that there is nothing that my dad cannot do.
I take after my dad in more ways than one: my looks, my temperament, my sense of humour, my friendly nature and my absentmindedness. Without him, I wouldn’t be me. Most people know that I get most of my personality traits from my dad.
A lot of people like him because of his loving and helpful nature that charms people. My father does not only help his family members. He helps the neighbours and even strangers.
My dad is also a filial son. He has shown us the importance of being respectful and courteous to our elders.
Religion is the other important aspect of my father’s life. He wants his family to be guided by strong religious values.
My dad is a good role model to my brother and I. I am very lucky to have him as my dad. I hope he realizes that he is a very important person in my family.
